Colourful Clouds...

I was on my way to pick up some work one evening around sunset time. As I came around the bypass I could see a fabulous set of clouds moving in the sky. Whilst parked up the clouds were right overhead, there was only one thing to do - grab my camera and try and take some photographs!

With this photograph, it was a case of "take the photo you need" and possibly "right time, wrong place". Could you imagine such a sky by the sea somewhere! I do however quite like architecture and am interested in this 1930s/1940s structure.

The radio mast is a focal point on the horizon line, so it was good to be so close to it with such colour in the sky.

All photographs were produced with my sigma 10-20mm lens, three bracketed photos, merged, HDR painterly applied. A lovely set of clouds as the sun set on the outskirts of Dorchester.
