March 2014: Great clouds!

It's nice to see some blue sky!
A wander along Weymouth seafront led to a spot of cloud watching. The cloud formations were fab! It's good to have a camera with you most of the time, otherwise you'd be kicking yourself sometimes at a missed opportunity.
I noticed these formations above the ships on the horizon line:
About 15 minutes later the cloud appeared to have a face (or is it just me seeing in?!)
(composed with the horizon line right at the bottom of the photo).
What was also interesting was the beach levelling works going on. The recent storms had taken much of the sand away, so it was time for the annual levelling works.
I loved the lines being created in the sand which led to some interesting compositions. These images were taken hand held whilst trying to retain maximum depth of field:
