Weymouth Sunrise
In: Landscapes
I find December and January good months to get up for sunrise photos (sunrise being around 8.00am). It's nice to walk along Weymouth seafront at this time. You take you chances with the weather, seven trips out and only one colourful sunrise. There's still photographs to be had even without a "sunrise", some examples are below:
One: Clear sky and a low tide. Some may not notice but the buildings on the left are being redeveloped. I'm not keen on this photo because of this.

Two: Low tide and clear skies looking towards the promenade buildings.

Three: A grey morning, from the shoreline towards the promenade lights and buildings.

Four: A 2 second exposure to add movement to the waves.
Four: A few minutes later the sky produced a beautiful set of sunrise clouds.

Five (Boxing Day): Light Drizzle.

Six: The only Victorian Shelter with the spotlights still working. Beautiful light.
Seven: The same Victorian Shelter looking down the promenade towards Greenhill.
