The changing landscape

The BBC News has just reported that it's the driest first half of the year since 1961.

I went for an evening walk along the South Dorset Ridgeway to take in one of my favourite views on the Jurassic Coast; St Catherine's Chapel, Chesil Beach and The Fleet Lagoon. The bottom photograph was taken late summer 2017, the top photograph is from July 2018. See how the landscape has changed colour due to the sun and lack of rain.
