July 2015: West Bay mishaps

A summer's evening down at West Bay. A wander around, a bag of chips and some photograph opportunities.
I quite liked this composition, but running a four minute exposure with the Lee Big Stopper, I realised that I hadn't stacked the filters correctly!
(straight off camera, four minute wipeout!)
I moved to this location, test photograph:
(test photograph only).
Four minute exposure with Lee Big Stopper:
(Much better than the first attempt!)
Same photograph converted to black and white:
I hung around until after sunset as the promenade lights got put on:
(Small aperture to try and catch the starburst effect from the lights).
